Users must be 18+ or be a legally authorised representative of a registered business.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it updated, and safeguard your password. One person may create only one personal account; each business may register one primary profile.
You agree to: (a) post only truthful, lawful content, (b) avoid spam or fraud, (c) respect intellectual property, (d) not attempt to attack the system or scrape data without authorisation.
Prohibited: pornographic, violent, or unlawful content; banned or counterfeit goods; false product or company information.
Co-Index owns all platform source code, design, and trademarks. Users retain rights to content they submit but grant Co-Index a licence to use it to operate the service.
Some features (Co-Index Network membership, advertising, verification services) carry fees published on the services page. Fees are non-refundable unless stated in a separate service agreement.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted information and are not liable for transactions between parties.
Co-Index's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the service fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Users may request account deletion at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Hanoi.
