Co-Index is committed to protecting personal information and business data of its users. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard data when you use co-index.vn.
We collect (a) account information (name, email, phone, role), (b) business profile data (tax ID, address, industry, certifications), (c) content you submit (RFQs, products, forum posts), and (d) technical data (IP, browser, access time).
Data is used to: provide business verification services, enable B2B matching via RFQ and Deal Rooms, send service notifications, analyse and improve the platform, and comply with Vietnamese law.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with: (a) verification/certification partners at your request, (b) government authorities when legally required, (c) technical service providers under NDA (hosting, email, payments).
The platform uses cookies to maintain login sessions, remember language, and analyse traffic. You can decline cookies via your browser, but some features may not work properly.
We use HTTPS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), role-based access control (RBAC), regular backups, and audit logs for sensitive operations.
You have the right to: access, edit, delete your account, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints with competent authorities. Contact contact@co-index.vn to exercise these rights.
Account data is retained while the account is active. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (invoices, contracts).
The platform is intended for users aged 18+ and authorised business representatives. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Users will be notified by email or homepage banner at least 7 days before changes take effect.
