Search businesses
Go to the Businesses page, search by company name or tax ID. Filter by province, industry, export market, international certifications (ASC, HACCP, FSC...), or Co-Index verification level.

Click a company name to view the full profile: industry, address, export markets, certifications, Co-Index badge, and product catalog (if any).

Request verification report
On the profile page, click "Request verification" to order a detailed verification report: legal status, operational history, production capacity. Choose Basic (5 days), Standard (10 days), or Premium (15 days).

Post RFQ to receive quotations
Go to Marketplace β RFQ Board β Post new RFQ. Describe the product, quantity, required certifications. Verified suppliers respond with quotations within 24β48 hours.

Connect via Deal Room
After accepting a quotation, a Deal Room opens automatically. Both parties chat, share documents, e-sign NDAs, track milestones, and process payments in phases within a private space.

Create account
Register at the Sign In page. Choose the "Business" role (Business Owner) when registering. Confirm your email.

Search and claim business profile
Go to the Businesses page, search for your company by tax ID or name. Click "Claim this profile" and fill in verification info. Co-Index reviews within 1β3 business days.

Update profile
Go to My Company β Company profile to update: address, industry, export markets, certifications, logo, detailed description. Complete profiles are easier for buyers to find.

Register for Co-Index verification
Go to My Company β Request verification. Choose Basic/Standard/Premium package and submit documents. See detailed guide in "Co-Index Verification" section below.

Membership unlocks the entire ecosystem: product Showcase, Deal Room, community Forum, priority search visibility, advertising credits. 4 tiers β see details in Co-Index Network section.

Go to My Company β RFQs responded or Marketplace β RFQ Board to find and respond to buyer RFQs.

E-sign membership agreement
Read the Co-Index charter + tick checkbox + sign with electronic signature (SignaturePad). The system generates a PDF and stores the signature.

Co-Index staff review the application, confirm the tier, and send payment details with the corresponding fee.
Pay and upload proof
Transfer with reference "Co-Index <BUSINESS CODE>" + upload receipt image on the Membership page. Co-Index staff confirm within 1β2 business days.
Activate β unlock all benefits
After payment confirmation, the account switches to ACTIVE. All tier features are unlocked immediately.
When does membership expire?
Multi-association model β associations self-manage on the platform
Co-Index is a multi-association platform. Each industry association (textiles, wood, seafood, agricultureβ¦) can run its own space β its own brand, members and isolated data β while sharing the full feature set of the system.
Businesses on the Co-Index system
Businesses not yet in any association (or whose association hasn't registered) are served directly by Co-Index, with full access to all services.
Self-managed associations
An association gets its own admin portal to manage members and operate independently β with the platform's full feature set.
Open the Associations section, pick the relevant industry association and send a join request.
Or accept an invitation from the association's administrators via email.
Once approved, your profile is linked to the association and member benefits unlock (internal forum, directory, verification via the association channel).
A dedicated admin portal (Partners) to manage and approve members.
Bulk-import the member list from an Excel file.
Own branding: logo, colors and details shown across the interface and documents (contracts, certificates).

Suppliers post product catalogs with full specs, MOQ, price range, and certifications. Catalog appears on the company profile β buyers can view without signing in.

Beyond the regular catalog, suppliers post surplus/clearance listings (grade A/B/C, quantity, province, expiry). Surplus is ASSOCIATION-managed; appearing on the public portal needs system-admin approval. Posting & management are free; pay only to promote.

Surplus listings are free and must pick a grade. They show by default in the managing associationβs surplus market; the public portal needs system-admin approval.

Managing association
When posting surplus, pick one association you belong to as the manager. The listing appears in that associationβs surplus market. No association β platform-managed.
Publish to public portal (needs approval)
Tick βalso publish to the public portalβ to appear platform-wide β only system-admin approval makes it public. Track status: Pending β Approved / Rejected (with reason).
Once payment is confirmed, the listing is featured and ranked first. After it expires, it returns to normal.
Deal Room is a private space between buyer and supplier after an RFQ is accepted. It includes:

A Deal Room is only created automatically when a buyer accepts a quotation. Milestone payment: supplier request β buyer upload receipt β supplier confirm β deal auto-closes when all milestones complete.
When a deal in the Deal Room generates a payment, the platform collects a small commission based on deal size (GMV). This is a fee the supplier pays the platform, computed in the deal's own currency.
How it works
Each deal milestone marked 'paid' automatically generates a commission record (COMM- code).
The rate is tiered by deal size (GMV) and in the deal's own currency (VND/USD), with no FX conversion.
View & pay under My Company β Commission fees: VND via VietQR, foreign currency by transfer with the code, then upload the receipt.
Platform commission (money in) is different from affiliate commission (money paid out to referrers).
FDI buyers (foreign-invested enterprises) can post reverse purchase demand. Suppliers see these RFQs tagged FDI in the "Matching RFQs" dashboard widget, and can filter "FDI only" to prioritize opportunities from verified buyers.
Build a custom showcase (banner, product collections, brand story) to impress buyers. The showcase passes a Co-Index review before going public at its own URL.
Logistics, financing, and an affiliate program for exporters
Post a partial shipment; the system groups same-route shipments into one container (LCL) to cut costs. Track the container from open to closed and shipped under My Company β Shipments.
Access export capital: factoring, PO financing, and referrals to partner banks (VCB/BIDV/Eximbank/MB). From a deal in the Deal Room you can propose a financing need right away.
Register as a referral affiliate to earn commission on transactions of companies you refer (verification, deals, membership renewals). Supports multi-level affiliates with a dedicated commission tracker.
Where members exchange export experience, legal topics, and international markets
Forum is a discussion space for Co-Index Network members β Q&A on legal, CBAM, L/C, logistics, finding partners. Organized by categories, tags, with real-time notifications.

EU CBAM deadline: Q1/2026
Businesses exporting steel, aluminum, cement to the EU must submit CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) reports from Q1/2026. Unprepared businesses may face fines or import bans. Check now to avoid surprises.
