Search businesses
Go to the Businesses page, search by company name or tax ID. Filter by province, industry, export market, international certifications (ASC, HACCP, FSC...), or Co-Index verification level.
💡 You can search without signing in. Sign in to view contact info and request verification.
View business profile
Click a company name to view the full profile: industry, address, export markets, certifications, Co-Index badge, and product catalog (if any).
💡 Businesses with the green "Co-Index Verified" badge have been verified by Co-Index specialists.
Request verification report
On the profile page, click "Request verification" to order a detailed verification report: legal status, operational history, production capacity. Choose Basic (5 days), Standard (10 days), or Premium (15 days).
💡 The PDF report is digitally signed by Co-Index — legally valid for internal approval.
Post RFQ to receive quotations
Go to Marketplace → RFQ Board → Post new RFQ. Describe the product, quantity, required certifications. Verified suppliers respond with quotations within 24–48 hours.
💡 Only suppliers with Business Owner accounts can respond to RFQs.
Connect via Deal Room
After accepting a quotation, a Deal Room opens automatically. Both parties chat, share documents, e-sign NDAs, track milestones, and process payments in phases within a private space.

Create account
Register at the Sign In page. Choose the "Business" role (Business Owner) when registering. Confirm your email.
💡 If your business is already in the system (from Co-Index/association data), you'll search and claim the profile instead of creating a new one.
Search and claim business profile
Go to the Businesses page, search for your company by tax ID or name. Click "Claim this profile" and fill in verification info. Co-Index reviews within 1–3 business days.
💡 If your company isn't in the system, go to My Company → Add business to register manually.
Update profile
Go to My Company → Company profile to update: address, industry, export markets, certifications, logo, detailed description. Complete profiles are easier for buyers to find.
💡 Add international certifications (ASC, HACCP, OEKO-TEX...) to filter for buyers with matching needs.
Register for Co-Index verification
Go to My Company → Request verification. Choose Basic/Standard/Premium package and submit documents. See detailed guide in "Co-Index Verification" section below.
Register for Co-Index Network (optional)
Membership unlocks the entire ecosystem: product Showcase, Deal Room, community Forum, priority search visibility, advertising credits. 4 tiers — see details in Co-Index Network section.

Respond to RFQs and receive orders
Go to My Company → RFQs responded or Marketplace → RFQ Board to find and respond to buyer RFQs.
💡 Higher-tier members get priority in the response list (tier boost in ranking).

Membership is a subscription (monthly or annual billing) — different from verification, which is a one-time service. Each tier unlocks more benefits and boosts ranking in search results.

Choose tier and submit application
Go to My Company → Co-Index Network → choose tier → fill form. The system creates a contact inquiry.
E-sign membership agreement
Read the Co-Index charter + tick checkbox + sign with electronic signature (SignaturePad). The system generates a PDF and stores the signature.
💡 The signed document is securely stored and legally valid.
Co-Index staff review
Co-Index staff review the application, confirm the tier, and send payment details with the corresponding fee.
Pay and upload proof
Transfer with reference "Co-Index <BUSINESS CODE>" + upload receipt image on the Membership page. Co-Index staff confirm within 1–2 business days.
Activate — unlock all benefits
After payment confirmation, the account switches to ACTIVE. All tier features are unlocked immediately.
When does membership expire?
RFQ Board, Product Catalog, and Deal Room
RFQ is a public purchase request from a buyer. Suppliers view and respond with quotations. After the buyer accepts, a Deal Room opens.

Go to Marketplace → Post new RFQ
Fill: product, quantity, required certs, deadline
Receive quotes from suppliers, shortlist and accept
Supplier does
Go to Marketplace → RFQ Board, filter by industry
Click the right RFQ → Respond with quotation
Wait for buyer to choose → Deal Room opens automatically
Suppliers post product catalogs with full specs, MOQ, price range, and certifications. Catalog appears on the company profile — buyers can view without signing in.

Products can be hidden/shown. Unlimited products for accounts that have claimed a business.
Deal Room is a private space between buyer and supplier after an RFQ is accepted. It includes:

A Deal Room is only created automatically when a buyer accepts a quotation. Milestone payment: supplier request → buyer upload receipt → supplier confirm → deal auto-closes when all milestones complete.
Where members exchange export experience, legal topics, and international markets
Forum is a discussion space for Co-Index Network members — Q&A on legal, CBAM, L/C, logistics, finding partners. Organized by categories, tags, with real-time notifications.

EU CBAM deadline: Q1/2026
Businesses exporting steel, aluminum, cement to the EU must submit CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) reports from Q1/2026. Unprepared businesses may face fines or import bans. Check now to avoid surprises.
